This website is operated by The Wee Doodley Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Wee Doodley Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Products & Services
We offer custom artwork, personalised illustrations, Paint& Sip services, live wedding guest illustrations, and other artistic products and services.
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many of our products, slight variations may occur between artwork previews, photographs, and final products.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before physical products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For live event bookings, payment schedules will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, photographs, names, dates, and other details required for personalised orders.
Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery times.
Artwork Approval
Where a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved, The Wee Doodley Studio cannot be held responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos, and content created by The Wee Doodley Studio remain the intellectual property of The Wee Doodley Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, resold, distributed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Social Media & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, The Wee Doodley Studio reserves the right to photograph, scan, and share completed artwork and event photographs for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes.
Customers who prefer their artwork not to be shared should notify us before completion of their order.
Event Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once the required booking fee or deposit has been received.
Booking fees and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.
In the unlikely event that The Wee Doodley Studio is unable to attend an event due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative solution or refund any payments made for services not delivered.
Paint & Sip on Wheels
Paint & Sip on Wheels bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlines in our Refund Policy.
Participants attending the BYOB events acknowledge that The Wee Doodley Studio does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol. Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so at their own discretion and are responsible for their own conduct throughout the event.
The Wee Doodley Studio reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any quests whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wee Doodley Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
The Wee Doodley Studio accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, or incidents arising from the consumption of alcohol at BYOB events.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on our website.
