Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade and personalised, processing times will vary depending on the nature of the order.

Estimated production and dispatch times will be provided at the time of purchase where applicable.

Please note that during busy periods, including wedding season and holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

 

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically  and therefore are not subject to physical shipping.

Upon successful payment, digital products will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available to download through the website, depending on the product purchased.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.

If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds for digital products will only be considered where required by law or in cases where the product is defective or cannot be accessed.

 

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

The Wee Doodley Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage sustained.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Local Collection

Where local collection is offered, customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time and location.
