Thank you for shopping with The Wee Doodley Studio.
Due to the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Artwork Approval & Revisions
Where a digital design proof is provided prior to printing or completion, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details including names, dates, colours, working, and other personalised elements.
By approving a proof, the customer confirms that all information is correct and authorises The Wee Doodley Studio to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved, refunds will not be available for any errors that present in approved artwork.
Minor revisions requested before approval may be accommodated where possible. Additional revisions beyond those included in the original order may incur an additional charge.
Any changes requested after final approval or after production has commenced cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
Custom & Personalised Artwork
All personalised illustrations, commissioned artwork, wedding guest illustrations, and custom orders are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once work has commenced.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, names and information provided are correct before approving artwork.
Ready-Made Products
For non-personalised items purchased through our online store, returns may nbe accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unopened and in it's original condition.
- Be returned in it's original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damage or error.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Wedding & Event Bookings
Booking fees, deposits, and retainers for live guest illustration services are non-refundable, as they secure your wedding/event date and prevent us from accepting other bookings.
Any cancellation terms relating to live guest illustration bookings will be outlines=d in your signed booking agreement.
Paint & Sip on Wheels bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking date, for certain circumstances, full payment may be required to secure your booking date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a refund or transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability. This does not include the booking deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, as materials, preparation time, and scheduling commitments will have already been arranged.
If The Wee Doodley Studio is required to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
BYOB Policy
Paint & Sip on Wheels is a Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) experience. Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so entirely at their own risk and are responsible for drinking responsibly.
The Wee Doodley Studio does not provide, sell, serve, or supply alcohol and accepts no responsibility for the consumption of alcohol by participants during any event.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. Any guest displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the event without refund.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, digital artwork, printable products, templates, guides, gift vouchers delivered electronically, and other downloadable content are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered, emailed, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned and is therefore non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- The digital product was not delivered due to an error on our part.
- The file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be accessed.
- The customer has been charged incorrectly.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct. The Wee Doodley Studio cannot be held responsible for digital products sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive any cancellation rights that may otherwise apply once the digital content has been supplied.
Personalised Digital Products
Custom digital illustrations, personalised digital artwork, and commissioned digital designs are created specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Where a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval. Once final approval has been given and the digital artwork delivered, refunds will not be provided.
Artistic Style
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that all artwork is created in The Wee Doodley Studio's unique an artistic style.
Illustrations are artistic interpretations based on the photographs, information and preferences provided by the customer. While every effort is made to capture key details and likenesses, exact photographic reproduction cannot be gauranteed.
Refunds will not be provided based solely on artistic style preferences or subjective opinions once artwork has been completed in accordance with the approved brief.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
